These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://ggodgift.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “GG Gift”, “we”, “us”, “our” means GG International, a sole proprietorship with its place of business at 410-A, Fourth Floor, Gordhan Sky, Khatipura, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012, GSTIN 08FDVPK6904A1ZC.
• “You”, “customer” means any person who accesses the website or places an order.
• “Personalised product” means any product customised to your instruction — including printing, engraving, photographs, names, dates, messages, caricatures or company branding.
• “Ready-made product” means any product supplied in standard form without customisation.

2. About us

GG Gift is a personalised and corporate gifting business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We operate primarily as an e-commerce business. Our corporate office in Jaipur handles bulk and corporate enquiries and may be visited by prior appointment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Products, descriptions and images

• We take care to describe our products accurately. However, product photographs are illustrative. Slight variation in colour, shade, grain, texture and finish may occur due to screen calibration, photography lighting and the handcrafted nature of several of our products.
• Wooden, acrylic and handcrafted items may show minor natural variation between pieces. This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
• Product dimensions stated are approximate and subject to a small manufacturing tolerance.
• Where a product is shown with props or styling accessories, only the item described is supplied.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or withdraw any product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is calculated and added at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location, and are displayed before payment.
• There is no minimum order value.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.

6. GST invoice

A GST tax invoice is issued for every order and sent to your registered email address. If you require the invoice to be raised against a company GSTIN, you must provide the GSTIN and the registered company name at the time of placing the order. We are unable to amend a GST invoice after it has been filed.

7. Payment

7.1 Accepted methods

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI, subject to what your bank and Razorpay support at the time of your transaction. We may add other payment providers in future.

7.3 International cards

We accept international cards and foreign-currency payments, subject to Razorpay support. Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion charge or cross-border fee. Those charges are levied by your bank and are not collected by us.

7.4 Failed payments

If your payment is debited but the order does not confirm, the amount is typically reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction reference and we will take it up with Razorpay on your behalf.

8. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where:

• The product is out of stock or cannot be sourced
• The delivery pincode is not serviceable
• There is a pricing or product-listing error
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive or reseller activity
• The personalisation requested is unlawful, offensive, infringes a third party’s rights, or is technically not producible

9. Personalised orders

Personalised products are made to your specification and are governed additionally by our Customisation & Personalisation Policy. In summary:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the spelling, names, dates and text you submit
• We send a design proof over WhatsApp for your approval before production begins
• Once you approve the proof, the design is final and production starts
• Personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun, except where they arrive damaged or defective

10. Content you submit

When you upload a photograph, artwork, logo or text, you confirm that:

• You own it, or you have permission from the owner to use it
• It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right or personality right
• It is not obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful in any way
• You grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order

You indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from content you supply. We reserve the right to refuse any content at our discretion and refund the order.

11. Customer accounts and reviews

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account.
• Product reviews you post must be your genuine opinion and must relate to a product you have purchased.
• We may remove any review that is abusive, misleading, promotional, contains personal data, or is not about the product.
• By posting a review you grant us the right to display it on our website and in our marketing.

12. Other sales channels

We also sell through third-party online marketplaces. Orders placed on those platforms are governed by that platform’s own terms, returns policy and dispute process — not by these Terms. Please raise any issue with an order placed elsewhere through that platform.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the GG Gift name and logo, product photography, product descriptions, page copy, graphics and page layout — is owned by GG International or licensed to us, and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Prohibited use

You must not use this website to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use a payment instrument you are not authorised to use
• Scrape, copy or extract our product data, imagery or descriptions
• Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell our products as your own without a written agreement with us

15. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or the consequences of a gift not arriving in time for an occasion.
• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We recommend ordering well in advance of any date-critical occasion.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemic, government restriction, strikes, riots, courier network failure, or disruption to power or internet services.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
