3. How to raise a grievance

Please try our customer service team first at enquiry@ggodgift.com — most issues are resolved there within a day. If your issue is not resolved, escalate to the Grievance Officer using the details above.

When writing, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your registered name, email and phone number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any supporting photographs, video or correspondence
  • What outcome you are seeking

4. Our response commitment

5. If you remain dissatisfied

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach:

  • The National Consumer Helpline — 1915, or https://consumerhelpline.gov.in
  • The Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • For payment-related disputes, the grievance channel of Razorpay or your own bank or card issuer

6. Records

We maintain a record of every grievance received, the action taken and the date of resolution, for a minimum of 3 years.
