Yes. Return gifts ship anywhere in India, 7 to 10 days from dispatch, and 2 days inside Jaipur. Minimum order is 30 pieces. Only the packing service — trousseau trays, shagun envelopes and hampers — is Jaipur-only, because the goods have to be here to be packed.

The terracotta diyas and the soy wax tea light candles are made at our own unit in Khatipura, Jaipur — seven kiln-fired diya designs and hand-moulded candles. Personalisation is also done in-house by laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing or sublimation.
No. Packing is a Jaipur service only. We can ship the gifts to any city in India, but trousseau trays, shagun envelopes and hamper assembly need the items physically at our unit, so that work is done with pickup or Jaipur delivery.
Seven working days from the day you approve the sample photograph, then 2 days to a Jaipur address or 7 to 10 days elsewhere in India. Send us the date of the function and we will say plainly whether it fits before you pay anything.
Yes, and we insist on it for anything personalised or colour matched. We make one piece, photograph it and send it for your approval before the batch runs. Samples are chargeable and the charge is waived after a discussion call.
