2.3 Payment information

We do not collect, see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, bank credentials or any other payment credential. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment data is submitted to Razorpay and never passes through our systems. We receive only a confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed, along with a transaction reference.

2.4 Information about the gift recipient

When you place an order for delivery to someone else, you provide us with their name, address and phone number. You confirm that you are entitled to share those details with us for the purpose of delivering the gift. We use recipient information solely to complete the delivery. We do not add gift recipients to our marketing lists.

We send promotional emails and WhatsApp messages about new products, festive collections and offers only to customers who have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any WhatsApp message, or writing to enquiry@ggodgift.com. We will action the request within 7 working days.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop transactional messages — order confirmations, design proofs, dispatch notifications and delivery updates. Those are necessary to fulfil your order and will continue as long as you have an active order with us.

We use Google Tag Manager on our website, which may deploy analytics and advertising tags including Google Analytics and Google Ads. We may also operate the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, an email marketing platform, and the WhatsApp Business API for order communication.

7. Photographs you upload

Photographs uploaded for personalisation are used solely to produce your product. We retain them until the replacement window for your order has closed, after which they are deleted from our active systems.

7.1 Use of your photographs or products in our marketing

We will not publish your photograph, your customised product, or any image identifying you or your gift recipient on our website, Instagram, Facebook or any other channel without your prior consent. Where we would like to feature your order, we will ask you specifically, and you are free to decline without any effect on your order. If you have previously given consent and wish to withdraw it, write to enquiry@ggodgift.com and we will remove the content within 7 working days.

Our website and products are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who must place the order. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
