Soy Wax Tea Light Candles – Scented Tea Lights for Diwali

These soy wax tea light candles are an easy Diwali gift. Because soy wax burns cleaner than paraffin, you get far less soot on your walls, holders and curtains. Also, each candle gives 3 to 4 hours of steady light. The clear cup and flat top keep the look simple, so they suit a dinner table as easily as a puja thali. We pack every set in GG Gift packaging, ready to hand over.

Soy Wax Tea Light Candles come in four colours and four set sizes. Red is scented with rose, blue with jasmine, green with mogra and yellow with lemongrass. Additionally, every candle sits in a clear polycarbonate cup, about 3 cm across and 1 cm tall, which is the standard tea light size. So they drop straight into any holder, diya stand or lantern you already own.

Features of these soy wax tea light candles

The wax is 100 percent soy. Moreover, soy melts at a lower temperature than paraffin, so the pool spreads to the edge of the cup instead of tunnelling down the middle. You therefore get the full burn you paid for.

The fragrance is blended into the wax rather than sprayed on top. Furthermore, the clear cup holds every drop of melted wax, so nothing marks your table or your brass holders.

Why choose soy wax over paraffin?

Paraffin is a petroleum by-product and it soots. Soy is a plant wax, it burns slower, and it washes out of a holder with warm water. In addition, a soy tea light holds its scent longer because it burns at a lower temperature.

Therefore, if you are lighting twenty candles for a Diwali evening, soy is the one that leaves your walls alone.

Where people use them

Float them in a bowl of water. Line them along a rangoli. Fill a lantern, set them down the middle of a dining table, or place one on the puja thali. Finally, they work just as well for Karwa Chauth, a wedding table, New Year and everyday decor.
